Workout Rates

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients choose to meet with me weekly. This is preferable as it ensures that the client is performing the exercises correctly on a more regular basis, and weekly meeting can be a motivational tool for some clients. However, this is not always financially feasible for some clients. In such cases, I am also happy to work with clients on a bi-weekly, or even monthly basis. Some clients also choose to purchase just a few sessions to get help with a specific functional issue, or just to be better educated on proper technique for specific exercises. I have clients who come more than once a week, and clients who come as little as once a month. I'm open to all of this as I am here to accommodate you and your needs. That's what personal training is all about! Committing to work out on a regular basis with a friend (of similar fitness level and goals) can be a powerful tool for motivation and support. A discounted rate is applied for such situations. A group of more than 3 is also possible, and I'd be happy to discuss that with you. Insurance Coverage: Some insurance plans do pay for fitness-related activities such as personal training. Please check with your insurance carrier for specific coverage. I will be happy to provide any client with a receipt so that they may be reimbursed for their services. In Studio: 1 Person $ 45.00 Travel to your Home or Workout Facility: 1 Person $70.00
